Currently seeking the following;

Architect / Project Manager / Interior Designer / CAD-BIM Tech

We are a small Casper, Wyoming firm looking to grow. We have a number of projects on the board and more on the way. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a small, collaborative team. We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals who want to share their talent and experience. Candidates with regional ties to Wyoming and/or the Rocky Mountain Region are preferred. Our team seeks individuals to fill positions available but will consider all levels of ability.

Job Duties:

All Positions –

  • Produce quality construction documents in an efficient manner. Taking drawing from concept design through construction documents.
  • Field measure existing buildings and create as-built drawings
  • Work in a small office environment where we share duties and responsibilities

Architect / Project Manager –

  • Duties as described above for all positions
  • Manage specific projects from Concept Design thru Construction Administration

Requirements:

  • Must be experienced in REVIT and Microsoft Office; proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Photoshop and rendering software is a plus
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience producing architectural drawings
  • Ability to read and understand, structural, civil, mechanical, and electrical drawings
  • Ability to layout architectural drawings from concept design drawings through construction documents is preferred
  • Strong communication, critical thinking and graphic skills

Responsibilities:

  • Use Revit to produce as-built and construction documents (managing and developing Revit families is a plus)
  • Draw, design and be productive with minimal direction (layout floor plans, elevations, sections, details, door and window schedules, etc.)
  • Plan daily activities to meet production requirements
  • Be flexible and work with numerous project teams to help in project completion
