The project involved a major addition to the existing Wyoming Machinery facility. The addition was constructed to increase Wyoming Machinery Company’s line of Caterpillar equipment, parts and service.

The Component Rebuild Center for Wyoming Machinery contains 94,000 square feet of shop and warehouse space with 60 overhead cranes, 45 jib cranes, two wash bays with skid steer drive-in access for cleaning, two parts wash machines, two Engine Dino Rooms, one transmission test room, and one paint booth. There are tear down bays with structural grated floors positioned throughout the building. The building also contains warehouse and parts storage, as well as a two-story space housing 7,200 square feet of locker rooms and offices.
