Aley Fine Arts was converted to Aley Hall in 2014, as the Fine Arts program was relocated to a new facility. 12,600 square feet of the 19,000 square feet facility converted to laboratory space and offices for Casper College, as well as laboratory, classroom and office space for the University of North Dakota located at Casper College.

Choral and instrumental rehearsal rooms were renovated into Microbiology and Medical Lab Technician Labs. Offices were created from private instrumental practice rooms. A small classroom was transformed into a Phlebotomy Lab. Rehearsal rooms, studios and offices were renovated into University of North Dakota Distance Education Classrooms, Activities of Daily Living Occupational Therapy Lab, and staff offices.
