Description

These two state-of-the-art medical facilities were constructed simultaneously on the same site to meet the requirements of the Owner. The Surgical Center includes three operating rooms, three pre-op rooms, five recovery rooms and the necessary support spaces. The Medical Office Building includes ten exam rooms, two procedure rooms, imaging, a nurses’ station, offices and administrative support areas. This project was completed with the design-build project delivery method with Groathouse Construction as the General Contractor.
