The client has been using the former public library as a meeting space, however, the original design has offered some unforeseen drawbacks to accommodate this purpose. Once finished, this space will be outfitted with an efficient and attractive acoustic mitigation, a commercial-grade warming kitchen, and state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment offering enough flexibility to host a wide variety on indoor and outdoor gatherings. The resulting building, combined with the adjacent breezeway, will be a refreshed and aesthetically pleasing area that will serve as one of the premier event venues in the community.
